    Stays cool and comfortable and supports my neck don't need to flip it in the middle of the night

    I can't begin to describe the difference in quality of sleep with my bedgear pillow. I have used different types of pillows through the years but none could keep me comfortable for the entire night. Now I lay down and I am out like a light. I awake feeling great no pinched nerves in my neck - feel ten years younger!

    Shipping was slow and I was disappointed in the product. I own this pillow and just wanted to get a new one exactly like it. The new version of this pillow is very disappointing not at all as comfortable as the one I had before. On the upside I was very pleased with how customer service handled the situation. There was a great deal of communication back-and-forth and I was ultimately very satisfied with the resolution. I really appreciate a company that owns its mistake and does their best to make it right.
