With an inviting architectural salvage look, the Ponte Friendship Table has season splits in the urn-shaped pedestals crafted of Oak Veneers. The Ponte Table exudes authenticity in a hand-painted Oyster finish in a light gray tone with hand-planing and scraping to give a vintage appearance. Flexible for multiple uses, the table has two 12-inch leaves, extending to 84 inches with both leaves in place. The height adjusts from 30-inch dining height to 36-inch counter height, depending on your preference.

Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
