Oskar R. Huber 1933-2011 Our father, Oskar R. Huber, passed away Thursday, December 15th after a short illness. We will be closing the stores on Tuesday, Dec. 20th in his honor.Dad was very active in his day, not only with managing the family business but also with his many outside interests and concerns. He was known for his generosity, kindness, & faith … and he had a warm, easygoing, and sometimes flamboyant personality … he drew people to him and loved to share a laugh. He was born October 15th, 1933 and married Doris when he was 23. Oskar & Doris were married 54 years and have 4 sons: Oskar R. (Meg), Ronald W. (Bell), Donald C. (Linda) , Glenn G. (Helen) as well as 20 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. He is survived also by siblings Emma Hafner, Harry Huber & Beth Patton.The furniture business continues to be run by his sons as well as some of the fourth generation of the Hube...
