Client/designer relationships are built based on trust and I pride myself on my intuitive ability to understand each individual’s specific tastes and needs. Whether you come to me needing finishing touches or an entire house plan, in the end, your finished room will reflect you. Every new client gives me the opportunity to reinvent myself and to live vicariously through them. I have designed every type of room, from the traditionally formal to the contemporary. For me, there is no job that is too big or too small, and I feel that every home deserves to have great design no matter what the budget may be. I am well versed in all aspects of design including floor plans, choosing and placing fabrics and furniture, developing a color palette, flooring, custom window treatments and accessorizing to finish your space. I am a “hands on” type of designer that will follow the project from the very first client meeting until the last accessory is placed. For me, open communication and follow up are not optional, they are mandatory.
Since studying interior design at Drexel University’s Nesbitt School of Design, I have had my hands in many aspects of the business since 1993. My experience includes art gallery assistant, merchandising, self employment as a design consultant, interior redesign, home staging for real estate sales, & many years as a senior design consultant for both Oskar Huber & Ethan Allen.
