November 2011 -- My name is Margie A. Shortly after Labor Day of 2011, my husband and I came into your store to look for a new sofa and loveseat. Lucky for us, the salesman that greeted us at the door was Charlie. He directed us to view the entire store to see what was available. He was so helpful, advising us if we had the room, we really would be better off with 2 sofas, rather than the loveseat. He proved to be absolutely correct.
We found exactly what we wanted, but it was not in stock. Charlie promised he would call the manufacturer in North Carolina and get back to us later the same day, and let us know when we could expect delivery. I had told him we would love to have it by the first week in October, because our friends from England were arriving then. He called me back just like he said he would and said he told the North Carolina people, it was important to have the furniture ready as soon as they could. He was honest about saying-he did the most he could, letting them know the situation.
Lo and behold, the 3 of October, he called to let me know the furniture was just being unloaded off the truck. He had the furniture here on the 5th of October early in the morning and our friends arrived that afternoon. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to have brand new furniture sitting in our living room. The 2 sofas were just perfect. And my faith in humanity was rekindled, because of Charlie and the mere fact that he did exactly what he said he would do. He was Kind, considerate, and very personable.
The 2 guys he sent to deliver the furniture, I think it was Steve and Mike, were wonderful. They were so careful with everything and very cheerful.
It has been a pleasure dealing with your store. I will recommend your store to anyone that I know who is looking for furniture, and I will be sure to tell them to ask for Charlie.
So often, only complaints are reported. That is why I wanted to make sure you were made aware of the wonderful experience and the great results we had.

October 2011 -- In searching for our dining room table and chairs we found Oskar Huber to be an excellent choice. For the set we were interested in, we were able to pick the wood type and the fabric. Our sales person was very helpful in listening to the needs of our family and pointing us in the right direction.We were able to get the size table we needed along with eight chairs. Delivery time was sooner than expected which was very nice and it is just beautiful. It has a distressed finish and it looks like it has been in our family for years. I will certainly come back and buy again from her! The delivery guys were very nice, more than nice. When you get something delivered to your home you don’t know – some delivery people are ok and some are not. I just wanted to let you know everything was smooth. I called your store because my summer rental tenant reported a recliner I bought from your store was stuck in the open position. I was unable to travel to LBI to take a look at the chair or to fix it myself that week. You promptly handled the situation, although complicated, by making a complementary visit to the property – and on the way, picking up the key from a rental agency and placing a courtesy call to the house. You made an adjustment that resolved the situation and followed up with a phone call to report on the chair’s status.
I was so impressed with your friendliness, prompt action, and attention to every detail. It is rare these days to find a merchant who provides such an exemplary level of customer service. This is what I hoped would happen, when I purchased items from you store over the years, if I ever had a problem. So thank you, once again, for exceeding my expectations.
June 2010 - from Mary Ann on Long Beach Island. Two years ago I purchased a Stessless Chair from your store. It is made for short people* and the most comfortable chair I have in my house. Each night I relax on it, put my feet up, and watch TV. When I get company, they all want that chair to sit on. It was a great purchase and I recommend the Stressless Chair to everyone.
